Makes for an affordable instrument that sounds good. • I bought this uke two years ago anfd it still sounds very good. It came with Aqulila premium nylgut strings. These are the best you can get, according to most uke players, and this ukulele comes with these strings. • I bought it for around $50 , and its a very good ukulele form lanikai. • There is a very similar yet slightly higher quality model called the LU-21 you can get for a few more bucks. But when I was starting out learning to play the ukulele I decided to go with this LU-11. • Overall, this is a great beginner ukulele, I can definitely recommend it. • You know, the Lanikai LU-11 is fantastic, at a really great price.
