My ceramic work is always driven by my curiosity about ceramic materials and processes. In this video I am talking about vessel forms that I have made in which I use a technique that I have used before but am revisiting to create these more expressive pots that have a looser feel. The pieces I have made are also influenced by explorations that I have done in my sketchbook using collage techniques and paint to explore potential shapes and compositions for ceramic pieces.
