Mathi is popular Indian sytle tea time Crisp and savory deep fried Indian crackers, made with flour and spices • http://www.vahrehvah.com/mathri-masal... • Ingredients • All-purpose flour 1 Cup • Salt 1 Pinch • Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoons • Ajwain seeds 1/4 Teaspoons • Coriander seeds, crushed 1/2 Teaspoons • Chilli flakes 1/2 Teaspoons • Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons • Ghee 1-2 Teaspoons • Water 1/2 Cup • Directions: 1. In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, pinch of salt, cumin seeds, ajwain seeds, crushed coriander seeds, chilli flakes, pepper powder and ghee. • 2. Combine all the ingredients and knead to make stiff dough adding enough water. • 3. Take a portion of the dough and roll into a big chapatti. With help of the biscuit cutter, cut into round shape and keep aside. • 4. Preheat the airfryer at 180 degree C for 3 minutes. • 5. Remove the basket and arrange the biscuits and air fry at 180 degree C for 4 minutes. • 6. Open the basket, turn the mathris and again air fry for another 4 minutes. • 7.
