Hipshot Guitar Xtender install amp setup on a Fender Stratocaster

We all know tuning your guitar to Drop D adds depth to your sound and opens up additional possibilities on the fretboard ... but most of you are stuck either in standard tuning or in Drop D, having to wait for the gap between songs to retune. • What if I told you that you could access two notes on the E string of your guitar with a quick, quiet flip of a lever any time you wanted - even in the middle of a song? Well you can! All you need is a ‪@hipshot‬ Guitar Xtender (https://hipshotproducts.com/collectio.... This device allows you to flip down to another note, which you set with a screw on the back. Hipshot even makes a variant of this device that allows you to access two lower notes! • I wanted to install one of these on my ‪@fender‬ Rarities Flame Maple Top Stratocaster® HSS Thinline (isn't that a mouthful?), but because it has a full rosewood neck, I didn't want to drill a hole for the set screw in the back of the headstock. Lucky for me, Hipshot makes a version of their Guitar Xtender for Fenders!
