LINK to Crepe Pan: https://amzn.to/2X4tIqo • These delicious crepes are easy to make with very few ingredients. They are tasty with a savory or sweet filling. Eggs, chocolate, jam, bananas, berries and whipped cream, the options are endless. If you want to add a flavoring to your batter, use a tsp of vanilla extract before blending. You can also put the batter in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Mix your batter before using. Use approximately ¼ cup of batter for each crepe. The amount of batter depends on your pan. I use oil so the color of the crepe will be golden and even all over. You can use butter instead of oil and that’ll give you a pattern on the crepe instead of an even color all over. Try both and see which one you prefer. The fillings are endless, these are wonderful spread with jam and rolled up for kids as an easy snack.
