Giant has just released its 2020 mountain bike range, and we've hand-picked some of the real standouts from the lineup that caught our eye during the 2020 Giant Australia launch! • There are plenty of new models from Giant for 2020, including the brand new Reign 29, Reign E+, and Stance 29. Liv has also introduced the Pique 29; its first ever 29er mountain bike that also comes in a full-carbon option - another first for the women's specific brand. • There are other themes to be explored within the 2020 range though. Giant and Liv are going bold with colours and aesthetics, thankfully moving away from boring blacks and heavily logo'd frames. Instead, we're seeing snazzy metallic paint jobs and fashionable two-tone fades. • Of course there are new spec options for 2020 as well, with a number of models featuring Shimano's new 12-speed XT and SLX groupsets. Top-level models have also returned to Fox and RockShox suspension packages, with no DVO to be found anywhere. That mirrors the move by the Giant Factory Off-Road Team, which is now running Fox suspension on all athletes bikes. • Another theme we picked up is the fact that both Giant and Liv have several mountain bike models over the $10K mark. That's big for a company that hasn't previously played in such a price bracket. As to how many they'll sell in Australia? Only time will tell... • Please note that in the video, the 2020 Giant Trance Advanced Pro 29 2 has been incorrectly captioned as the Trance Advanced Pro 29 3 • For the full story and a gallery of images on the 2020 Giant Liv mountain bike range, head here: https://flowmountainbike.com/post-all... • As always, let us know your thoughts in the comments below - we'd love to hear what you guys think of the new 2020 Giant and Liv range!
