Peasant Bread and Some Gardening

Peasant Bread • Elaine Buchka it’s a bread with very few ingredients. • 3C flour • 1 1/2 t salt • 1 1/2 t sugar • 1 1/2 t yeast • 1 1/2 C warm water • Mix into a sticky ball, let rise for 2 hours, shape (either into a ball or into a loaf pan, let rise for another hour. The bake at 375° F for 45 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
