Now here`s a fully restored version of the first part of the Lilo Stitch 747 deleted scene which I attempted to restore back in 2013. As stated in the original description, it`s the original version where Stitch, Jumba, Pleakley and Nani go to save Lilo from Gantu. In this original version they steal a Boeing 747 from the island`s airport and during the chase with Gantu they fly it through the city of Honolulu. It was being fully animated for the final product. It had almost been fully animated up to the point where Stitch jumps from the 747 onto Gantu`s ship to rescue Lilo. But was later removed in light of the 9/11 attacks. The 747 was therefore replaced with Jumba`s spaceship, which was flown through the Hawaiian mountains instead of the city. • Like the other deleted scenes, I attempted to restore it by replacing the un-coloured shots with the coloured shots from the final movie`s version. Originally one un-coloured shot near the beginning had to remain since I could not find suitable clips to replace it and I did not have the ability to colourise the animation sequence, but this time I have successfully managed to replace it by adding a little of my own animation style, using new techniques which I have learned on the ‘Adobe Premiere’ and ‘Toon Boom’ software. I feel quite pleased with how it`s turned out this time and again I hope you will all enjoy it. I also hope to fully restore the second half of the scene onwards when I get the time to do it. • Here are the links to see both original deleted scenes from the DVD and my original restored version of the scene:    • Lilo   Stitch Deleted Scene: The 747 ...      •  The 747 sequence    •    • The 747 Sequence (Half Restored) Part 1   • • NOTE: Lilo Stitch belongs to Disney, I do not own any copyrights. • Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
