Police are investigating the mysterious death Saturday of a former Boston neurologist and mother of a 6-year-old daughter after a medical examiner found deadly levels of cyanide in her body in Pittsburgh. • Dr. Autumn Marie Klein, formerly of Brigham and Women's Hospital and a graduate of BU Medical School, collapsed at her home April 17 after returning from work at mid-day not feeling well, said Rick Lorah, a forensic supervisor for Allegheny County Medical Examiner Karl Williams.
