Double Smoked Holiday Ham with Caramel Country Gravy

For today's recipe, I wanted to make y'all one of my favorite holiday recipes — Caramel Country Gravy... It pairs SO well with a nice yeast roll and a double smoked ham, which couldn't be any easier to make than on my Grilla Grill Silverbac! • #doublesmokedham #thanksgivingrecipe #swinelifebbq • 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐦 • Ingredients: • 1 Spiral Sliced Ham • 1/2 stick of salted Butter • 1/4 Cup of flower • 1/3 Cup of a Caramel Sauce • Your favorite rolls or biscuits • Recipe: • First Things First... Get that ham out of its package and on a cooling rack in a pan. This will keep your smoker clean and just make it easier. Since the ham is already cooked, all we need to do is reheat it. I got it placed on our https://store.grillagrills.com/produc... and set the temp to 275. This gave us a great smoke flavor with the https://bearmountainbbq.com/ cherry pellet. The Ham took about 2-3 hours to get to 140 internal. We then glazed it with out caramel sauce. • While the ham was resting we made our salted caramel gravy. We started by melting our 1/2 stick of Keri Gold Butter and adding the 1/4 cup of flower. Mixing until the flower was fully incorporated and the butter was starting to brown just a touch. Then add your 2 cups of half/half and again making sure everything was incorporated and smooth. As soon as you see the first couple of bubbles in the gravy add the caramel sauce and back the heat down to low. • Now it is time to get it all put together. You can use any type of roll or biscuit for this recipe.
