Cut a piece of onion, parsley, celery and move on the stove. In a saucepan put a couple of spoons of extra virgin olive oil, add a clove of garlic and brown it slightly. Once the garlic is golden, remove it, add the vegetables and fry them for 6-7 minutes. After 6-7 minutes put the beans, add the tomato sauce, put salt and pepper, stir and cook for a few minutes, then add the water and cook for 35-40 minutes on high heat without covering. After 35-40 minutes put the pasta and cook it for 1 minute less than the cooking time indicated on the package. When there is a minute left when the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat and stirring frequently let it rest for 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes, mix well and serve.
