WFWA had been inadvertently airing the PBS national schedule/feed, instead of airing PBS Newshour. Both Martha Speaks and WordGirl aired in their entirety by mistake. (Both programs had been cancelled from WFWA-DT1, and WordGirl only aired on WFWA-DT2 instead.)
