Whimsical plastic light bulb turned hot air balloon. Can be used to hang in kids rooms, garden areas, or from a ceiling fan. I used pink and black paints, black macramé cord, pink velvet ribbon, pink tear drop jewels, flat back pearls, rhinestones, and flowers. Basket is a plastic medicine cup. Supplies are from Ali Express, chalk paint is Dixie Belle Peony.
