Recommendation: all-purpose potatoes (medium starch potatoes) • 5 oz (150 g) cheese • Instructions: • 1. Mix the sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and thyme or rosemary well. • 2. Peel and wash the potatoes. • 3. Slice potatoes thinly (2-3 mm / about 1/8 inch thick). • 4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C / 350 ° F. • 5. Add the sliced potatoes to the sauce and mix well. • 6.
