Ardbeg An Oa Whisky Review

Ardbeg's An Oa is named for the Mull of Oa, a rocky island located in southwestern Islay. The An Oa was designed to offer a more beginner-friendly Ardbeg to the public. However, Ardbeg lovers won't be disappointed with this offering either, as it brings plenty of beloved campfire peat and brine along with some milk chocolate, butterscotch, and clove . Aged in a combination of charred virgin oak, ex-bourbon, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks it has a wee bit more flavor and an additional .6% alcohol than its cousin, the Ardbeg 10. Is it worth the extra dough though (an additional $10-$15)? That tis' the question. #ardbeg #singlemalt #islay • If you enjoyed this review, subscribe to our channel for: • Whisky Reviews (Scotch, Bourbon, Rye, Irish, Japanese, American, etc.) • Whisky Investing Tips • Whiskey News and Education videos • Advice on Building Your Whisky Collection. • Subscribe to The Whisky Party ►: • https://www.youtube.com/@thewhiskypar... • Check out our 30-second Whisky Review Videos: •    • SHORTS   • Follow Us on Social Media: • Instagram: •   / thewhiskyparty   • TikTok: •   / thewhiskyparty   • Facebook: •   / thewhiskyparty
