Elderberry Juice Changes Color

When lit by fluorescent bulbs, elderberry juice can be yellow, green, or blue. Under tungsten or sunlight, it's red. I believe this is because fluorescent lights only emit a few wavelengths, which balance out to create white as it appears to the human eye, despite making up only a small portion of the spectrum.
