Severe storms brought gusty winds, large hail, and a possible tornado with North Carolina on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. • Videos shared by Jacob Pitchford show a possible tornado forming and picking up debris in or near Rocky Mount, about 50 miles northeast of Raleigh. • Rocky Mount was under a severe thunderstorm warning until 1 p.m. Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
