This WB CDI boiler was leaking and it was found that the condensate trap was blocked and full of metal particles from the Heat exchanger. Also the boiler was leaking from a pin hole leak of the plastic hydraulic block to the domestic plate heat exchanger. The condensate trap was cleaned, and the leaking plastic hydraulic block was replaced. This is one reason I do not recommend Worcester Bosch boilers to my clients because I have seen too many of these leaks. I think metal hydraulic blocks are much better.
