40 MINUTE FULL BODY DUMBBELL CIRCUITS WORKOUT FOR STRENGTH AT HOME

40 minutes to build a strong body with this full body dumbbell circuits workout! • The first circuit is lower body focused and done for 2 total rounds. The second circuit is upper body focused and also done for 2 total rounds. The timer will be set for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest per exercise in both circuits. The final circuit is abs/core focused, done for 1 round, and is 30 seconds of work per exercise with no rest until the end! • Equipment needed for today will be a mat or soft surface and some dumbbells. The dumbbells I'm using today are 2 x 20 lbs. Feel free to used multiple pairs of dumbbells if you need to. • Make this workout your own! Go at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and keep that core engaged the entire time. Focus on the Quality of every rep over the Quantity! The timer is just a guide so take the extra rest when needed and also modify the movements as needed!
