Princess Cruises in our opinion offer some of the best fine dining dishes in the main dining rooms (MDR) for the major cruise lines. This photo slideshow will show you what Princess offers for dinner, and if you do go on one of their cruises, perhaps which ones you would like to order. Some of our favorites were: • Apple Cider Sorbet • Applewood Smoked Duck Breast • Cold Smoked Salmon and Crayfish Tails • Chicken Liver Tartlet with Fried Onion • Chicken and Leek Pot Pie • Deep Dish Apple Pie • Philadelphia Pepper Pot Soup with Tripe • Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs • Roasted Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Gravy • Red Wine and Shiitake Braised Beef Short Ribs • Roasted Pork Belly • Seared Diver Scallops in 3 Citrus Beurre-Blanc • Sugar-Free Coffee Mousse Cake • Some of the dishes were inspired by the famous chef Curtis Stone (for instance the Seafood Stew, Roasted Pork Belly Chicken Leek Pie), so look for those on the menu. They are a bit hard to notice as they are at the bottom. • The desserts were terrific, and if you like chocolate, you will find that some of the fancy Princess Chocolate Journeys selections are quite satisfying. • Enjoy!
