The Isley Brothers are beyond “old school” music-makers …they’ve sustained themselves in the music recording and producing business for several decades. Their music achievements and discography is so vast and impressive that it would take more than one page to list all the albums, singles, etc. and achievements that this group has accomplished. The Isley Brothers started out with O’Kelly, Rudolph, Ron, and Vernon and then Ernie, Marvin, and Chris came on board later. Unfortunately, there were life changes over the years that would result to some of the members leaving the group. Ron and Ernie have continued with the music and have successfully recorded several albums but they always managed to continue successfully with the music. We all know that Ronald Isley is the suave and smooth lead vocalist of this iconic group...but baby brother Ernie's guitar-playing masters this tune so tight...that I understand why it is appropriately titled Ernie's Jam .
