Hello my lovelies, I really hope this video is helpful for those of you out there who struggle with diabetes or struggle to make treats for those you love! • RECIPE: • 4 x eggs • 8oz Self Rising Flour • 8oz Cake Spread (stork) • 50g Sweetener • 50g Caster Sugar • EQUIPMENT • 1 x baking tray • 1 x cooking bowl • 4 x ingredient bowls • 4 x egg cups • 1 x spatular • 1 x electric whisk • 1 x weighing scales • 1 x greaseproof paper • Recipe: • 1. Pre Heat Oven to 180c • 2. Cut your greaseproof paper to size • 3. Weigh out ingredients and place in bowls / cups • 4. Cream with electric whisk together butter, sugar sweetener • (TIP: I like to do this for at least 2 / 3 minutes so that it is really creamy... and putting on a youtube video is great for this so you can keep track of time and not get bored!) • 5. Shift in a spoonful of flour and pour in 1 x egg • 6. Whisk together flour and egg until smooth • 7. Repeat 5 6 for all eggs • 8. Fold in the rest of the flour • 9. Pour cake mixture into cake tin • 10. Pop into oven for about 20m • 11. TIP: I like to check on my cakes at about 10 minutes.
