These oven-baked ribs are fall-off-the-bone-tender, with an incredibly • flavorful, and only take just few minutes to prepare them! • They’re made with spare ribs, in a • homemade dry rub, and smothered with homemade BBQ sauce. • Subscribe to this channel: / chefnicoskitchen • Press the bell, you will not miss none of the upcoming quick, and easy recipes. • A like is always appreciated, but if you subscribe you will be giving me a lot of support to continue creating videos. • Subscribe to You Favorite Recipes / chefnicoskitchen • You can also share this video with your friends on social media • Ribs Barbecue • • Ingredients needed for this recipe. • 2 racks of pork spare ribs • roughly 2.5 to 3 pounds each slab (1.2 - 1.4 kilos • • For the rub • Yield: about 9 tablespoons: • 1 tablespoon cumin • 1 tablespoon paprika • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic • 1 tablespoon granulated onion • 1 tablespoon chili powder • 1 tablespoon brown sugar • 2 tablespoons kosher salt • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper • 1 teaspoon black pepper • Instructions • Preheat the oven to 275°F. (135C). • Mix together Rib Rub ingredients. • Remove the white membrane from the back side of the ribs • (the side with less meat). It should pull off easily. Pat the ribs dry. • Season the ribs. • Sprinkle generously the rub and gently rub it into the ribs. • Place ribs on a foil-lined tray, • Cover seal with another piece of foil. • Bake ribs for 2.1/2 - 3 hours. • Meanwhile, combine BBQ Rib Sauce ingredients together.(optional) • After about 2.1/2 - 3 hours Carefully open one corner of the • sealed foil and take a temperature reading of the meat to • ensure the ribs are full cooked. • Meat should reaches an internal temperature between 190 and 200°F • If not, bake another 15 - 20 minutes and check again. • Remove ribs from the oven and discard juices and foil, • Brush ribs generously with BBQ sauce. • Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). • Return the ribs into the oven, uncovered, and bake • for a further 8 - 10 minutes. • OR, change oven settings to broil (or grill) on medium-high • heat to lightly char and caramelise the edges (about 3 minutes). • Keep an eye on it making sure that they won't burn. • Once ready, take out of the oven let rst 3-5 minutes then serve and enje
