If your Amazon Music App on your iPhone is keep crashing, then watch this unique weird solution to fix it! • PROBLEM: • Whenever I was playing music on my Amazon Music App, after a while, maybe 20 to 50 seconds, the app was closing itself. So, I had to reopen the App and play again. And then, once again, it was crashing. I thought it's a bug and will go away on its own. But, I was wrong - Amazon Music App was keep crashing for many days later and never stopped crashing on its own. • SOLUTION: • Close Amazon music app. Go to the settings, scroll down and select Display Brightness , Scroll down and select Auto-lock , change the time to Never , tap back and close the settings. Open Amazon Music app, play a playlist for around 10 minutes while the display stays on. And since the display is ON, the App doesn't crash. Now, if you go back to the settings, and change the Auto-lock time back to 30 seconds or any other limited time, you could still play Amazon Music App without crashing! • The solution is so weird and I'm not sure how it helped to fix it!
