OTE, or the Optimal Trade Entry is one of ICT's easiest concepts ton understand and grasp, and can be put into practice almost immediately if you understand market structure well. OTE is can be used all alone like a more precise version of premium and discount (as seen in my entry examples), but is best used with other PD arrays as confluence like Orderblocks, fair value gaps, volume imbalances and breaker blocks. I personally only use OTE when there is a PD array also present and there is clear draw in the direction I am trading in, but you may find different results and success as past results do not equal future results.
