In Spring 2013, Music Maker partnered with Duke University's Center for Documentary Studies for a Multimedia Documentary class. The class objective was to edit and shape fieldwork material into a web-based multimedia presentation, learn current technologies and techniques for multimedia publications and examine unique storytelling strategies for on-line presentations and compare this medium to traditional venues for documentary work, such as exhibitions, books, and broadcast. • They worked with MMRF to document several local artists -- this is the first of more pieces to come! • Check out the calendar for artist tour dates: http://www.musicmaker.org/news-events...
