This is an old Briton door closer which I won on eBay, dating to 1972 and was removed from a church. • I actually managed to loosen the valve nut since this video was recorded, but the screw still doesn't increase the speed of the closer any more, and upon removing the valve screw it appears the thread on end of the brass valve screw (about 1/4 an inch) is worn down, preventing the valve from being released any further. • Pic of the valve screw: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B0lw...
