It keeps you up off the ground like a hammock but is stable and roomy like a tent. The only obvious downside is the weight and size. • This is no problem if your car camping or like me, have a UTV / Side x Side to haul it around with. • The build quality is good with fully taped seams and chunky zippers. Esme and I easily slept in the cot in comfort, especially with my new Therm-a-Rest Basecamp XL mat, which fit perfectly! • I topped that off with my Canadian Forces down sleeping bag and I was very comfortable even though the temperature dropped to below freezing. • I think this is a great piece of gear for the right purpose and I’m very glad I bought it.
