After a recent bipolar depressive episode, I realized it was time to open up about what a bipolar depressive episode feels like from my point of view. As optimistic as I try to be about my experience living with bipolar 2 disorder, I cannot ignore the pain of depression. • Every day, I read the comments on my videos and posts, and see people sharing personal parts of their story. I was motivated by these honest discussions to share the part of my life that I keep hidden.
