How to overdub multitrack on the ZOOM H5

I use the ZOOM H5 a lot for recording piano and guitar and I ALWAYS forget how to set it up for overdubbing (so you can record your instrument over a backing track, for example, playing guitar over some synth tracks your recorded previously).
