Taking my recently acquired 1980 Greco Super Real strat-style guitar for a spin. You've got to love these Japanese copy guitars that came out of the Fujigen factory from the late 70s and early 80s. They are often every bit as good as original Fender stratocasters, which is why they became known as lawsuit guitars - Fender tried to sue Greco for many years until they ended up buying them, becoming Fender Japan. • I fitted it the guitar out with a new set of Sliders' vintage-correct 60s set pickups and replacement electronics; the guitar is now sounding pretty cool and pretty fat for a strat.
