In this video I list some herbs for eyes (cataract, glaucoma, pink eye etc). • --HERBS MENTIONED-- • 1. Eyebright • 2. Bilberry • 3. Red Raspberry leaves • 4. Mullein • 5. Cayenne • 6. Chickweed • 7. Oak bark • 8. Bayberry bark • 9. Self Heal • 10. Cannabis Sativa (Marijuana) • --EYE WASH RECIPE #1- • 1 part eyebright herb • 1 part bayberry bark • 1 part red raspberry leaves • 1/8 part cayenne • Make a tincture with the herbs • --EYE WASH RECIPE #2- • 1 part eyebright herb • 1 part mullein flower • 1 part red raspberry leaves • 1 part fennel seed • 1/8 part cayenne • METHOD: Combine herbs together. Place a teaspoon full in a tea bag or fine straining material. Pour hot water and cover to let steep. Once cooled (should be room temperature at least). If not using teabags, PLEASE ENSURE IT's PROPERLY FILTERED - you don't want any particles in it. Use with eye cup to wash eyes 2 to 3 times daily. • You can also use to create teas to drink, teabags or tinctures - which you could add to distilled or filtered water to wash the eyes.
