HOW TO DESIGN A TRAINING PROGRAM Program Design

#howtodesignatrainingprogram #trainingprogram #trainingplan • The first thing you need to consider when starting to design the program are the main principles of training. • A selection of the FITT and additional principles should been implemented to ensure progression and improvement through the training.
