This shamanic sound healing journey was made by me, there are no samples used, the music was recorded in a sacred space after cleansing and protecting the energy of the room. The sounds were played and recorded with respect to the ancient ones, the ancestors, spirit and animal guides and to you the listener, the seeker of healing. I maintained energetic connection with source throughout and the space was regularly held sacred with intermittent burning of the sacred wood palo santo. The fire ceremony was prepared as any sacred ceremony would be. I gathered the wood myself with intention, seeking the guidance and the permission of Gaia as I did so. I cleansed the fire pit, I built the fire with intention and I sat with it, I tended to it, I watched the flames and listened to the sounds around me, as I amplified the energy of the fire towards the collective. This is not just stock footage of a fire, this is a scared fire, this was built with shamanic knowledge of the universe and the energy that is within everything. I hope this guides you towards your path to your true and most highest self. • I called upon the ancestors and spirit to guide us, to give us strength, to teach us their wisdom, can you feel it?....Can you hear it?......They whisper on the ether....They gently hold our hand through turmoil.....They gathered around the fire and danced to the drums. The purpose of this shamanic healing journey is to give you the tools to transmute any energy into strength. Many people speak of deflecting negative energy or returning to sender .....But what a waste of energy, we can transmute it, alchemise it, harness it and use it to our advantage. • This sound healing journey consists of my own personal shamanic drum, beating to the rhythm of the universe. There is a Tibetan singing bowl gently rising and falling in volume that resonates at the frequency of the sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is connected to our sexuality, creativity and emotions. The frequency that helps to unblock and balance this chakra is 417 Hz. There is also a running frequency that is targeted at the throat chakra. The throat chakra is connected to our communication, self-expression and truth. The frequency that helps to unblock and balance this chakra is 741 Hz. I then use my healing voice to call in the ancestors and to speak into your reality the ability to transmute energy. This mantra can be used as a subliminal to help you to deal with spiritual attacks and negative energy that is directed towards you. • The mantra that I channel for this alchemy is • Any energy that you send to me, even negativity, it only makes me stronger • This is a very powerful tool to alchemise unwarranted negative energy and psychic attacks, but be warned, it is NOT a tool to avoid paying your energetic debts, it will not work if you are reaping your karmic repercussions, it does NOT override UNIVERSAL LAW.
