This is the story about my depression and how I chewed my fingers off due to mental health. This is not a promotion. This is an explanation to what happened to my hands. I’m not proud of it, but I’m still here. I tell the truth it doesn’t embarrass me. I could not feel it. My hands did not work. My hands will never work in my story but if you think this is a mental health is real I hope this reaches someone in need. I am fine now I am all healed up. I’ve seen therapist for the last two years. I am better and doing well I live with my parents. I do not have a job. I am trying to make this my job.
