Manhattan plots are the staple of any GWAS study where -log10 p-values are color coded based on chromosomes. Creating a Manhattan plot in SVS is simple. First plot the -log10 p column from an association test. You'll get a blue plot that spans the genome. If you select the -log10 p graph item and select the Filter tab, Chromosome appears at the top of the list of variables to filter or split on (assuming you created this plot from a marker mapped spreadsheet). Select chromosome and then click Split. Voila! You have a publication quality Manhattan
