It's official... I struck gold, and now YOU have too. Yes, it's the SAME John Garabedian that I post about non-stop.. This is a scoped version of the John H. Show, on 1510 WMEX-AM, on September 17th, 1970.. 17 years before Open House Party went on the air. It's the oldest known recording of John Garabedian, and I feel absolutely honored to share it with you.. • The scoped aircheck (which removes the middle of the songs and keeps only the intros and outros, with his talk parts) starts with a weather update done by Al Kennedy, as you can hear. Throughout the video, you can hear John's energetic voice. Although it's not as low and as professional as it is now, John was giving it his all and it sounds absolutely beautiful. There's also a contest going on throughout the video, for Creedence Clearwater Revival. His voice appears in the video for the first time at 0:23 seconds in.. I could talk on and on about this video, but it speaks for itself... and I'm too lazy to write a worthy description. Here, John H. is heard doing the afternoon shift. • I have no idea where it came from or who recorded it.. but here it is..
