Buffalo Chicken Calzone • Let’s make a hot wing calzone! This simple and spicy half-moon dough pocket is filled with a few delicious ingredients. The recipe and process is super easy too. • First, we start out with a piece of pizza dough rolled out evenly and flat. I added some mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, diced chicken coated in @franksredhot garlic buffalo sauce, and Locatelli cheese. • When it comes to Stromboli and calzone, I like to make sure the ingredients and proportions are mixed and distributed throughout. When the pizza maker plops down a handful of mozzarella, a big spoon full of ricotta, and piles the ingredients in layers I really don’t enjoy the monotony of eating that.
