He was known for being the lead singer of the Welsh pop band Y Tebot Piws and later for his comedy series Torri Gwynt on S4C. He was the Welsh children's poet between 2010 and 2011. He was a member of the early pop band Y Tebot Piws and then the early Welsh supergroup Edward H. He told the Y Cymro newspaper in January 2010 that he would refuse to appear on many BBC Radio Cymru programmes as they played too much English music. Era noto per essere il cantante principale della pop band gallese Y Tebot Piws e in seguito per la sua serie comica Torri Gwynt su S4C .
