While I try to give as much of this information as possible to clients beforehand (via my website, Facebook page, videos, etc), I think it's okay to repeat myself and reemphasize the most important points. • Really, even if you forget something or stumble over a line or two (I always do!), the most important thing is to take the time. A 3 minute client intake can be much more impactful than a 30 second check-in.
