Let's get started! • Using Prettier to Format Code: • Normally, to use Prettier, you would select the entire document and then format it. For example, you can right-click and select Format Document With and choose Prettier to automatically format your code beautifully. • Why Disable Prettier: • If you prefer to use a different extension for formatting your code, you will need to disable Prettier first. • Open Extensions View: • To disable Prettier, start by opening the extensions view. You can do this by going to the View menu and selecting Extensions, or you can press Ctrl + Shift + X on your keyboard. • Search for Prettier: • In the Extensions view, search for the Prettier extension. Once you find it, click on it to open its details page. • Disable Prettier: • On the Prettier extension details page, you'll see a Disable button. Click on this button to disable the Prettier extension. Once disabled, you will no longer be able to use Prettier for formatting. • Re-enable Prettier: • If you want to use Prettier again in the future, simply go back to the Prettier extension in the Extensions view and click Enable.
