It's from the 4th of February and I'm uploading this song from at home. I'll be in the alps along with half of this channels subscribers on sports break, but you others must have music as well. Anyway, this was the very first song I heard from Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, and it's amazing. I've been following their journey for two years now and they've had a major breakthrough with their song Thrift Shop among with their album, The Heist. They've done great, and they deserve every last bit of it, they work like animals! And another thing, last week, which will be two weeks ago when this is they were the FIRST ones to place at the #1 spot on the billboard list as indipendent artists. Meaning that they don't have any record deal, and they don't intend to get one either. That's AMAZING for people like the ones we post here, and it's thanks to youtube and other social medias, it's because of channels like this one and people like YOU that they can grow as independent artists. That's something, that we as the first generation make such a great difference to upcoming artists, and to breed the right of free speech. Give yourself a pat on the shoulder and enjoy the track!
