This is a look into my journey through Gleason 9 prostate cancer. It started in 2012 with a PSA blood test at my doctors office. Time passed and I did not hear anything from the doctor just like every year before so I assumed everything was fine but was I mistaken. My doctor sold his practice and in the transition between doctors I was not notified of the change in my PSA score until the next years appointment. This time I was greeted by a new doctor and a question? What are you doing about your prostate cancer? You could have knocked me down with a feather. I was so stunned.
