I've also had these as a side to a hamburger and there is just something about having this while my family eats french fries that increases the satiety factor on PSMF vs just a burger itself. • Potato Wedges (PSMF) • Ingredients: • 1. 100 g Chopped Egg White Scrambled or Steamed • 2. 50 g PSMF Bread Crumbs • 3. 56 g Shredded Mozzarella (preferably fresh mozzarella) • 4. 1 Serving Baked Potato Keto Chow (Use NonFlavored Milk Protein Powder – Concentrate or Isolate if you do not have Keto Chow) • 5. 1 T Toasted Gelatin • 6. 227 g NonFat (0%) Plain Greek Yogurt • 7. 1 tsp minced onion and garlic powder • 8. ½ tsp each Salt Pepper • 9. ½ droplet Mashed Potato Flavor - Optional • • Directions: • 1. Preheat oven to 350 • 2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper • 3. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and then stir by hand • 4. Once well combined, use your hands to form into a ball • 5. Place onto a cutting mat • 6. Then cut the ball in half and cut each half again and then cut each quarter again so that 16 wedges are produced. You can squeeze together any stray pieces of dough. • 7. Place wedges on baking sheet and spritz with avocado or olive oil spray • 8. Bake for 30 minutes • 9.
