Pastor Jay Reinke has a problem. There are people wo have come to his community seeking work, but have found rents too high and consistent work too sparse in this oil boom town. But not everyone in his community is comfortable with the church bringing in the homeless, especially when a few of the men have criminal records, including child sex crimes.
