Mooring Ball Anchorage on Georgian Bay

Part six of our 2012 summer holidays boat cruise through Georgian Bay. This time we are in the Moon River Basin of the Massasauga Provincial Park. Port Rawson bay has permanently anchored mooring balls that one can tie off to for the night. There is a nominal $10/night fee to use them, but I think it is a fantastic idea. Unfortunately, they are only found in this bay withing the park. • Filmed August, 2012. • ** UPDATE (April, 2018) ** Apparently, these mooring balls have been removed and are no longer available.
