KETO JALAPENO CREAM CHEESE POPPERS! THESE ARE ACTUALLY CRISPY AND CRUNCHY! THEY ARE NUT FREE AS WELL! LOW CARB JALAPENO POPPERS? YES! • I adapted a recipe I saw on Keto For Real People. I add 1 teaspoon of salt to the dough to give it a little bit of flavor. You will use 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 ounces of cream cheese, half a cup of lupin flour and 1 tablespoon whole psyllium husks. (and salt) • For the filling I used 6 oz cream cheese and about 3-4 teaspoons of canned diced jalapenos. Just put as much in as you want for heat. • These are soooo good! • Get the Lupin flour here!
