This is a Greek hamburger pie. The spices make it delicious -- looks like spaghetti sauce but has a very different taste. • Here are the ingredients • 4 medium potatoes • 2 medium onions • 1 pound of ground round hamburger • 1/2 cup red wine • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon • 2 dashes dried mint leaves • 2 dashes ground allspice • 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley • 4 ounces feta cheese • 1/3 cup flaked parmesan cheese • 1/2 plain bread crumbs • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese • 2 large eggs • 1 cup whole milk • Bake at 350 degrees in a 8 x 8 Pyrex dish • See video for how to assemble this dish. • Thanks for watching.
