Here is the playlist to this series in case you were interested in starting at the very beginning of this Collection Log progress series: • • Overview of my Collection scrap book ... • So I was in desperate need of Dragon Bolts to carry on with my Kree'ara grind in hunt for the Armadyl Helmet for a master clue scroll step for my near future clue opening. In doing so, I decided to go to Vorkath to bank myself 1,000 Dragon bolts (unf) until this happened... (you have to watch as I will not be putting that in the description) • The first part of this adventure was Thieving at Elfs as I have been wanting to try to build up on my loot/dopamine tab where I decided to stack up more Enhanced crystal keys. It might be easy to stack on normies/ mains, however us Ironman it takes a lot longer. The procress is this: First of all getting normal crystal keys or getting both parts. You can get complete crystal keys from the Derranged Arch on Fossil Island at decent common rates. Next upgrading this keys to the enhanced version is where it gets tricky. Firstly Song of the Elves quest must be completed to gain access to both shards and chest. The shards you can get from various activities including Guantlet, Zolcano, killing monsters in the slayer dungeon, catching crystal implings, thieving elfs and skilling in general. Well one of the easier ways that I prefer to use is thieving Elfs which requires 85 thieving to pickpocket and there is a chance at recieving enhanced crystal teleport seed, if worn the complete Rogue's outfit this could then be turned into 2 of these seeds per pickpocket as well as double the loot whilst thieving in general. For what I wanted to get, I require 1010 shards with per enhanced teleport seed I would get 150 shards in return at an elf that exchanges certain crystal seeds for shards. Hence this is easier for mains/ normies to spend there banks to buy the seeds to be exchanged into shards. Making a key require 1x Crystal key 10x Crystal shards as well as level 80 in both Crafting Smithing! • So you can see why it may take us Irons to obtain and stack these Enhanced crystal keys, let alone looting the chest obtaining the Dragonstone Armour set which is incredibly rare with rates of 1/2,500 for the set if your on rate or for individual pieces at 1/500. If your even luckier you could obtain an uncut onyx at a rate of 1/10,000 (think I would cry myself to sleep if that happened to me) • Episode 54 will focus on Varlamore part 2 content with other reasons I had to focus on one new piece of content as Jagex enjoys adding more Master Clue Scroll steps with new content!
