Over the years, antisemitism has been researched and addressed by various international, regional, and non-governmental organizations. It has also been addressed marginally and in a limited manner in some UN resolutions and declarations. Certain states, in their domestic legislation, have even legislated and criminalized antisemitism. • Amb. Alan Baker is the Director of the Institute for Contemporary Affairs at the Jerusalem Center and the head of the Global Law Forum. He participated in the negotiation and drafting of the Oslo Accords with the Palestinians, as well as agreements and peace treaties with Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon.
